With the music of Christina Branco you imagine yourself in the narrow streets of Alfama, Lisbon, where Fado sounds in every bar and cafe. Branco will soon be bringing this warm atmosphere to the theaters on her latest tour called EVA.

Portuguese singer Cristina Branco is one of the greatest fadistas of our time. Through her modern approach to traditional fado, enriching it with jazz, world music and pop, she has developed a completely unique style. The interpreter of the Portuguese life song has been a welcome personality on the Dutch stages for years and has worked with BLØF, among others, in the past. During this new program, in addition to earlier material from her rich career, she will also perform live songs from her album EVA, which was released in 2020. She herself says about this: “EVA is the portrait of someone in times of change. EVA is what I want to be.”
