An easy way to support Amare is by donating an amount online. This donation, whether large or small, is a form of direct support that we are hugely grateful for! It’s up to you to choose the amount and the frequency.

Amare Friends

Your support helps us to realise our ambitions and to create a top-ranking cultural platform. Obviously, we are eager to offer you something in return! As an Amare Friend, you will have priority access when tickets go on sale, and you’ll be the first to receive the season’s programme at home. Becoming a Friend is also the best way to get access to unique events such as guided tours behind the scenes. Making someone else a Friend can also be a wonderful gift!

Major Gift

Are you a regular visitor and a lover of culture, and would you like to be more personally involved with the theatre? Perhaps you would like to partner with Amare as a benefactor? You can support us with a gift. With major gifts (from € 1500 and above) you can really make a difference. Gifts to a cultural ANBI (public benefit organisation), such as Amare’s support foundation, also confer a substantial tax benefit. Your gift will directly support our work and can be used for various causes, such as for talent development, special programming, or improving Amare’s accessibility. We would be delighted to discuss the possibilities of a partnership that suits your specific wishes.

Would you like more information about the rules and tax benefits as well as about other advantages regarding gifts? We invite you to take part in one of our information meetings, Schenken aan Amare (Giving to Amare), without any obligation of course. A civil-notary will attend these meetings to answer all your questions regarding gifts.

Named Fund

Would you like to support Amare in a highly personal and substantial manner? For donations starting from €50,000 (as a one-off gift, or starting from €10,000 a year for a period of at least five years), we offer the option to establish a Named Fund. A periodic gift that you record in a deed for a period of at least five years will support Amare for the full amount while costing you much less under the current tax scheme.

Without needing to establish a separate foundation, you will have your own Named Fund within Amare. This saves you a lot of time, administration and management. You can choose the name to be associated with the fund, and you can also decide which specific cause, in accordance with Amare’s mission, your gift will support. For example, you can support projects in Amare that focus on education, programming, talent development or improving the theatre’s accessibility.
