Georgia Heers

Georgia Heers is a vocalist and composer originally from Greer, South Carolina. She studied jazz at Oberlin College and The Juilliard School, where she graduated in 2023. Since then, her voice has carried her to iconic jazz venues including Mezzrow, Dizzy’s Club Coca‑Cola and Minton’s Playhouse, and she has performed with respected musicians such as Terrell Stafford, Cyrus Chestnut and Camila Meza. 

Heers is featured in Goodnight and Good Luck, the Broadway-adapted production broadcast on national television via CNN, which marks a major career milestone for her, showcasing her on a historic stage and screen. 

 She is a grantee of Chamber Music America for her work in jazz composition and performance.  Heers plans to record her debut album later this year, under the artistic direction of Cécile McLorin Salvant.
