Kurt Rosenwinkel is one of the most influential jazz guitarists of his generation. With a career spanning over three decades, the American multi-instrumentalist, composer, and producer has shaped the sound of contemporary jazz with his unmistakable style and visionary approach.

Rosenwinkel has released eleven solo albums, all widely acclaimed and deeply inspiring to musicians across the globe. His collaborations with icons such as Eric Clapton, Q-Tip, Brad Mehldau, and Joe Henderson show his ability to move effortlessly between genres. As founder of Heartcore Records, Rosenwinkel also mentors a new generation of artists and produces groundbreaking music, including his celebrated 2017 album Caipi.

On Friday March 6, Rosenwinkel brings his unmistakable sound and boundary-pushing spirit to New Tide Festival.
