DakhaBrakha has given more than 500 concerts and performances, including at numerous major international festivals such as Glastonbury, Lowlands and Sziget. This cult phenomenon from Ukraine appeals to a broad audience that enjoys a vigorous sound, with lots of tribal rhythms and exuberant, sometimes lofty vocals.

DakhaBrakha brings theatrical, experimental Ukrainian folk music, also referred to as 'ethno-chaos'.
Opening up new worlds with both exhilarating and poignant traditional Ukrainian music: that’s precisely what DakhaBrakha has been doing for over twenty years. The quartet has now become an international cult phenomenon, famous for its sensational live shows, impressive vocals, pounding drums and mesmerising visuals.

Pounding drums and a murmuring cello morph into a folk song, an invocation, a mad wild meltdown. Drones and beats, crimson red beads and tall black woollen hats combine to form a striking decor for a most unusual, refreshing new take on East European roots music.
