Metropole Orkest provides a warm and rich sound, DOMi & JD BECK add surprising and innovative tones. Together they create an interesting and amazing mix of genres that will appeal to both jazz and electronic music lovers.   

DOMi & JD BECK’s music finds both humor and greatness in harmonic complexity, rhythmic shiftiness, and speed. DOMi favors sounds that evoke ‘70s jazz fusion and the colorful blips of 2000s Pokémon soundtracks, while JD BECK tunes and plays his snare in ways that can sound electronic, channeling IDM and boom bap. 

Playing jazz, pop, world music and film scores, Metropole Orkest has shared the stage with legends such as Ella Fitzgerald, Bono, Pat Metheny and Brian Eno. The MO invests just as much in playing with the next generation of stars like Kovacs, Robert Glasper, Snarky Puppy, Jacob Collier, Gregory Porter, Cory Wong and Louis Cole. The orchestra worked on four GRAMMY winning productions. Most recently for the recoding of Jacob Collier’s All Night Long.
