Jaszak (2-6 years)
Jaszak is a funny, heart-warming performance about a homeless person in a changing world. Or is he changing himself? Inspired by the organisation Sheltersuit, Simone de Jong Company has created a performance that is like a musical trip for children aged 2 to 6. A sequel to the performance Kluizelaar.

A classical music workshop for children.
Music Together
Alexandra Bons (first violinist of the Residentie Orkest) introduces children to making music in a relaxed and playful way. Together with their parents, they sing, dance and play instruments. Of course, Alexandra also plays the violin.
The Shadow Realm
In the Shadow Realm stands a mysterious large white tent.
Something special is happening there...
this is where the shadow creatures come to life!
See how they dance, play and bring the tent to life.
During family Sundays, you and your child can get to know Amare in an accessible way. Let yourself be carried away by all kinds of cheerful theatre, dance and music performances, visit workshops and discover classical or, for example, Cuban music, salsa, musicals, jazz, hip hop and much more.
Put your creative mind to work during Playmode at the Kunstenplein: crafts, dressing up, reading and moving around. While the children climb and clamber on the monkey rock, parents can enjoy coffee and tea at Brasserie Amare.
Family Sundays are a place to play, be creative, watch and listen. In short, free art education and art experience to savour. Will you be joining us?
