In this sing-along concert for families, Merel Martens and her guests—including Luna Sabella and Avi Kaplan—invite the audience not only to listen, but above all to join in. A joyful concert where voices come together and everyone becomes part of the music.

This Sunday, the venue will transform into one big musical gathering where voices come together, boundaries blur, and fun takes center stage. For two hours, we’ll sing together the most beautiful songs from various musical genres—from pop to soul, from classical to surprising crossovers. It’s not about singing perfectly, but about sharing the experience together.

Under the inspiring guidance of Merel Martens, together with MAZE Voices, Luna Sabella, and Avi Kaplan, a unique afternoon full of energy, connection, and musicality will unfold.

Whether you sing in the shower every day, are in a choir, or think you can’t sing: this is your moment. Young and old, with or without singing experience, come together here as one big choir. Expect goosebumps, unexpected harmonies, new encounters, and above all, lots of fun! Come listen, sing along, feel the music, and connect.

All ages are welcome, though the concert is primarily aimed at children ages 9 and up.

Merel Martens is fulltime koordirigent, arrangeur, docent en coach. Na twee bachelor’s degrees in Music Teaching en Choir Leading Pop & Jazz verkreeg Merel een Master’s degree in ‘Vocal Leadership’ van RAMA (Denemarken) in 2015. Merel is artistiek leider van de innovatieve a cappella groep MAZE Voices. Merel leidt de opleiding Vocal Leadership aan Codarts Rotterdam, en geeft wereldwijd workshops, ateliers en concerten op internationale vocale festivals en universiteiten.

MAZE Voices is een vocal group van tweeëntwintig getalenteerde zangers uit heel Nederland, gevestigd in Rotterdam. Onder leiding van Merel Martens brengen zij sinds 2016 een mix van eigen nummers en bijzondere covers ten gehore op verschillende podia
wereldwijd.

Luna Sabella - The Limburg-based singer, dancer, and actress made her national breakthrough in 2022 with her victory at the Junior Song Contest, after which she represented the Netherlands in Armenia with the now gold-certified hit “La Festa.” Since then, she has further expanded her versatility as an artist: she has released several singles of her own, played a leading role in the series *Summer Break*—which won a Golden Televizier Ring for Youth—published her debut novel *Luna and the Mystery of the Necklace*, and toured Dutch theaters with successful solo shows. During her performances, Luna combines her energetic pop sound and dance background in hip-hop and modern ballet into a dynamic, musical live experience.

Avi Kaplan - The three-time Grammy Award-winning singer and singer-songwriter combines timeless folk traditions with soulful and introspective elements. After conquering stages around the world as a former member of the successful a cappella group Pentatonix, he chose to pursue an independent solo career in which he builds a deep connection with his audience through intimate, powerful live performances. With his self-produced EP *Move Our Souls*, released in 2025—and the critically acclaimed track “Peace Somehow”—Kaplan ushered in a new creative chapter, characterized by an authentic sound centered on connection, warmth, and musical craftsmanship.
