About Kurt Elling
Chicago-born singer Kurt Elling is often referred to as the ‘Sinatra with superpowers’ and is renowned for his full, rich voice. Kurt Elling is a leading figure in contemporary vocal jazz and has single-handedly pushed the boundaries of the genre. The singer is acclaimed for his virtuosity, his wide vocal range and soulful performances. The perfect guest for a swinging end-of-year concert.

About the Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw
The Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw comprises world-class Dutch jazz musicians and ranks among the best in Europe. The big band has won several Edison Awards and collaborates with contemporary (jazz) musicians from all corners of the globe. In keeping with tradition, the big band presents a series of festive end-of-year concerts. In previous editions, the big band invited artists including Jose James, Oleta Adams, James Carter and Jazzmeia Horn to ring in the festive season with them.

Cloakroom and an intermission drink are included. If the event does not have an intermission, you will receive the drink afterwards.
