Tomatito has become one of the world’s leading flamenco guitarists. His charisma, collaborations and influence have earned him international recognition, both within and beyond the world of music. At the age of fifteen, he met the legendary Camarón de la Isla, with whom he formed an iconic duo. Their collaboration shaped his musical path. Although he emerged from this partnership, José Fernández Torres has developed into the unique artist we know as Tomatito: dedicated, authentic and averse to commercial excesses. Now he takes to the stage with carefully chosen musicians to once again share that unique magic, passion and power of flamenco.
