Almost sold out: 28 performances of ZŌ by NDT at Amare

news, February 2026

Ohad Naharin's latest creation, (2025), will be performed exclusively in The Hague this summer at NDT in the intimate NDT Black Box in Amare. Tickets for this popular series of performances are already almost sold out.

Naharin, who has been a unique voice in the world of contemporary dance for more than 30 years, created a compelling dance and sound experience for ZŌ together with musician Tai Rona. In the intimate space, where there is no longer any distance between audience and dancer, the audience is completely immersed in Naharin's world, full of theatricality, multilingual singing, dynamism, and humanity.

“Ohad Naharin has been a close collaborator of NDT for many years, and we are very proud to welcome him back with his current creation ZŌ. The work is a powerful and exhilarating expression of Naharin’s artistic voice, reflecting his ongoing research into how space and location shape the relationship between dancers, audience, and the work itself. We look forward to welcoming everyone into our NDT Black Box to experience ZŌ and our remarkable dancers closer than ever.”

- Emily Molnar, artistic director of NDT
