Cristina Branco is one of the most prominent Portuguese artists of recent decades. With 17 albums and an impressive international career, she has brought fado to a wider audience in an innovative way. 

Her music is rooted in tradition, but is coloured by influences from jazz, pop and world music, a combination that makes her style unique.

She began her career in the Netherlands with the successful Cristina Branco in Holland and then conquered European stages. As a result, she has been a welcome guest in the Netherlands for many years. This year, Cristina is returning to the studio to surprise her audience with new music and a new show. From spring onwards, Cristina will be touring the Netherlands again and will also be performing at this theatre.
