Severin von Eckardstein has established himself internationally as a pianist of exceptional class. He won both the Queen Elisabeth Competition in Brussels and the ARD Competition in Munich. His playing is characterised by musical depth, refined tone culture and a sharp sense of structure.

In this recital, he connects rarely heard works with the great Romantic repertoire, with special attention to Medtner. An intense and layered programme, performed by a pianist with a highly distinctive artistic voice.
