Programme

In 1982, the Irish community began organizing an annual dramatized reading of James Joyce’s Ulysses on June 16, also known as Bloomsday. It involves a performance in which a group of Irish semi-professional and amateur actors read various scenes from the book. Between and during the readings, they are accompanied by music:

Calypso, Lotuseaters, Lestrygonians, Wandering Rocks, Sirens, Nausicaä, Nighttown and Penelope.
