In this current affairs lecture in The Hague, Prof. Dr. Olaf van Vliet will discuss the consequences of labor migration and how the government can influence them. The lecture will also examine possible measures, such as policies for labor migrants from outside the EU and measures related to employment, the economy, and regions. Finally, the question will be addressed: what can we expect on this topic around Prinsjesdag?
Following a brief analysis by Prof. Van Vliet (Leiden University), there will be ample opportunity for discussion and the exchange of ideas.
