Social Dance with Dancehague
At the Kunstenplein in Amare, we regularly host lively social dance events in a variety of styles, including Latin, West Coast Swing, and Kizomba. Everyone is welcome to join—whether you’re trying a dance style for the first time or have been dancing for years.
Each social dance begins with a workshop that matches the theme of the evening. Dancehague organizes these events together with Amare and several dance schools from The Hague. Music is provided by a DJ, and occasionally you can enjoy live music performed by a band, ensemble, or orchestra.

Social Dance
We regularly organise fun social dances on Amare’s Kunstenplein, in different dance styles such as Latin, tango and lindy hop. Everyone is welcome to join in, from absolute novice to seasoned dancer. A social dance often starts with a dance workshop in a style that suits that evening’s music. The music is provided by a DJ, and sometimes by a live band, ensemble or orchestra. Amare organises these social dances in partnership with dance schools based in The Hague.
