Family Sunday Jubilee edition
On Sunday, Amare will celebrate its anniversary with an extra festive Family Sunday packed with music, dance, theatre and creative activities for children and families. Visitors can take part in free dance workshops run by Nederlands Dans Theater and enjoy De Duizend Deuren van Amare, a musical family performance by the Residentie Orkest, conducted by Leonard Evers and featuring young musicians from the Royal Conservatoire.
In addition, The Cat Who Wanted to Change Her Tale by Thomas Noone Dance will have its Dutch premiere, and there will be the sing-along concert Ameezing with Merel Martens & guests. Workshops, performances and creative activities can be found throughout the building. On the Arts Square at Playmode, children can do crafts, dress up, read, exercise and climb.
