Tickets for the new NDT season are now on sale!

As one of Amare’s resident companies, Nederlands Dans Theater has been a constant, innovative force. In the 2026–2027 season, that energy remains as palpable as ever. Under the motto Move. Be Moved., NDT builds on over 65 years of experimentation and innovation, with programs brimming with curiosity, openness, and artistic daring. Tickets went on sale on Tuesday, April 14, at 12:00 PM.

In the 2026–2027 season, NDT once again presents a rich variety of performances centered on innovation and expressive power. NDT 1 opens the season with Out of the Stillness, a world premiere by Hofesh Shechter, complemented by a revival of The Missing Door by Gabriela Carrizo, in which dance and theater merge in an intense way.

Blast a universe (NDT 2) combines a world premiere by Noé Soulier with classics such as Sleepless by Jiří Kylián and The Big Crying by Marco Goecke. The annual Switch ’27 gives the dancers themselves a platform to showcase their own creations.

Furthermore, NDT 1 presents GONE, Marcos Morau’s first full-length creation, inspired by the music of Benjamin Clementine, while A poem for the world (NDT 2) pays tribute to humanity and playfulness with works by Johan Inger, Edward Clug, and Crystal Pite. The season concludes with Everywhere is here (NDT 1), in which Marco Goecke presents a new world premiere alongside Ties Unseen by Christos Papadopoulos.

In short: a season that unites curiosity, daring, and poetic dance power.
