One of the most famous opera singers of the past hundred years: Maria Callas, renowned for her special voice, her incredible musicality and her phenomenal acting talent.

On the occasion of her hundredth year of birth, she is the focus of this special bio-concert by Phion: her glorious career, her greatest successes, but also her personal life, her disappointments and scandals. Prima donna of our time, Francis van Broekhuizen, takes on the role of Maria Callas and talks and sings about her life story with her most beautiful arias, such as Casta diva and Vissi d'arte, as a common thread. She is assisted in this by various great vocalists and of course by Phion led by George Petrou.
