A splendid new interpretation of Beethoven’s only opera, a tale of tyranny and the fight for freedom. A story about strong personalities, unshakeable spousal fidelity and hope.

Fidelio sees the female lead, Leonore, adopt a new identity as the man Fidelio as she risks everything to free her husband from a deep dungeon.
